Good morning from Boston,
I am really hoping that Hurricane Irene is a gentle storm for us here in Boston and doesn't hit my hometown in Delaware too hard. There is already a State of Emergency here in Mass. Amtrak has shut it's services from Washington DC to Boston, MBTA in New York has shut down...Winds in Boston may knock down trees and power lines; torrential downpours will flood urban areas. I am planning to take a walk to the harbor this morning and take some before pictures! Say safe, away from windows and make sure you have plenty of water, batteries and food!
